Ellie Sprinthall

Ellie joined Cause4 in July 2025 as Programmes and Development Intern, having recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Korean from SOAS, University of London.

Originally from the United States, Ellie moved to London to attend university and spent one year studying abroad at Seoul National University in Seoul, South Korea.

Prior to joining Cause4, Ellie interned for the development team of the legal charity Advocates for Human Rights where she learned about how charities operate and developed a keen interest in working in the charity sector. She has also interned for the SOAS Learning and Teaching Enhancement team to interview students and create a learning resource for teaching staff aiming to promote inclusion in the classroom. Additionally, she worked for three years at a disability law firm, learning about and gaining advocacy skills.

Ellie is passionate about helping others and is excited to join the Cause4 team. She hopes to support the team with their exciting portfolio of work and further develop the skills and knowledge necessary to make a positive impact in the charity sector.
