Cause4 is delighted to announce that the Trustee Leadership Programme will be returning in Spring 2021 with three courses. 

The Spring dates are:

• Trustee Leadership Programme: essential governance training for the new or aspiring Trustee, this course covers an overview of the sector, governance & strategic planning, financial management, and fundraising. It is further enhanced by an expert guest speaker and a charity matching session where attendees can meet charity leaders seeking board members. For both courses, the first session is from 2pm – 4:30pm, and the second is from 1pm – 4pm. 
  • 10th / 11th February 2021 (tickets)
  • 5th / 12th May 2021 (tickets)
• Emerging Chairs Programme: a one-day course (9:30am - 4:30pm) for existing Trustees seeking to take the step towards Chairing a board. This empowering course covers key issues such as Leadership, Chair-CEO relationships, fundraising, and marketing, and allows prospective and existing Chairs to share experiences and learning.
